Book Review: The Dungeon Anarchist's Cookbook (Dungeon Crawler Carl) by Matt Dinniman

The Dungeon Anarchist’s Cookbook by Matt Dinniman continues the exciting saga of Carl and Donut, and if you have read the previous two books, there is no reason not to read this one. If you haven’t started this series, then I recommend checking it out, especially if you have played video games and enjoy sci-fi or fantasy. There is a reason these books are popular, and I can’t wait to read the next one.

Book Review: Beans, Bourbon, and Blood by William W. Johnstone

Beans, Bourbon, and Blood is a fun and easy book to read. It offers a classic Western tale with all the tropes one expects while keeping it interesting and exciting. Luke and Mac represent the good guys who can't stand by and watch innocent people suffer. They aren't perfect, but they fight for what's right. I recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a classic western that has memorable characters and plenty of action.

Oathbringer: Book Three of the Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson

Brandon Sanderson’s Stormlight Archive series is a ton of fun, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes fantasy. It is well written, and while it has a complex world to uncover, Sanderson introduces information in a methodical and effective pace. With so many characters and back stories and events and foreshadowing and details, it is not always possible to hold it all in your head at once, but Sanderson does a good job reiterating important aspects and keeping things as simple as possible in the moment. I enjoy these books a lot and can't wait to get into the fourth book, Rhythm of War.

Here is that video! Stay tuned for more!
